The reservation is considered confirmed exclusively upon receipt of written confirmation and proof of payment for the entire stay, to be completed within 24 hours by bank transfer (with copy of the transfer receipt) or via Nexi payment link.
After this deadline, the option automatically expires and availability can no longer be guaranteed.
No refunds are provided in case of cancellation, early check-out or late arrival.

To confirm your booking, written confirmation from both parties is required, and payment for the full stay must be made within 3 days.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be considered void.
